1. Scope of Services: XFORM Design Studio provides interior design services aimed at enhancing and transforming spaces according to client specifications. Our services include but are not limited to consultation, design conceptualization, project management, and coordination with contractors and suppliers.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their requirements, preferences, and any relevant details necessary for the successful execution of the project. Timely communication and feedback during the project timeline are crucial to ensure smooth progress.

3. Design Ownership: All designs, concepts, drawings, and materials produced by XFORM Design Studio remain the intellectual property of XFORM Design Studio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the designs solely for the intended purpose of the project.

4. Project Timeline and Modifications: XFORM Design Studio will endeavor to adhere to agreed project timelines. Any changes or modifications to the scope of work or design specifications must be communicated and agreed upon in writing by both parties to avoid misunderstandings or delays.

5. Fees and Payments: Fees for services provided by XFORM Design Studio will be outlined in a detailed proposal or contract. Payments are due according to the agreed terms and schedule. Failure to adhere to payment schedules may result in delays in project execution

6. Confidentiality: XFORM Design Studio respects the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose confidential information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

7. Quality Assurance and Warranty: XFORM Design Studio strives for excellence in design and service delivery. We provide a warranty period for our services and will address any issues related to design or workmanship within the agreed warranty period.

8. Termination of Services: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if there is a material breach of the terms outlined herein. XFORM Design Studio reserves the right to terminate services if payment obligations are not met or if there are significant changes in project scope or client requirements.

9. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes arising from this agreement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through mediation or negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

10. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
