Enhancing Spatial Perception Through Reflection and Transparency

This project aimed to visually expand the interior space by removing interstitial elements within the unit. The use of reflective and transparent materials was key in promoting visual connectivity between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Strategic placement of glass and mirrors facilitated the desired enlargement effect.

The successful outcome was achieved through the careful assembly of glossy white and reflective surfaces. Once all components were integrated, the result proved to be refreshingly effective.

The owner is delighted with the result. They can now interact with guests in the dining area while preparing food in the kitchen. Additionally, they can keep an eye on their children playing in the living area, even from a remote corner of the kitchen. This design has effectively enhanced the reciprocal relationship between the spaces.
