This is a collaboration work with Chee Ang Architect. Our proposal accepted and engaged the existing urban realities within the township as a positive precondition towards the development and transformation of the project site.

This project is conceptually organized in bands along the east-west axis of the site. Two key elements were introduced here, the Metropolitan Strip and the South Park. In addition, a new Art Precinct was planned and expected to play a major role in the transformation of the site into an attractive address and focus of interest.
