This is a place with mixture of modern and retro styles; a perfect ensemble of past and presence. Our design intent was to retain certain existing elements in combining with newly proposed features such as mirror walls, T.V console sets, bar counter, etc. The introduction of new materials had greatly transformed the space to a stylist ambience.

The owner sought for solution to convert an under-utilised room to a gathering space. Our proposal was to create a multipurpose dining area comes with a classy black bar counter adjoined with the living hall; it literally shared the spaces by opening up a brick wall between the rooms.

Besides making this house much more spacious than before, a slight adjustment to the design operation had effectively introduced new spaces and lifestyle that fulfil owner’s requirements.
